The net amount of Revenue derived from the duty on imported hydrocarbon oils during each of the financial years since the re-imposition of the duty in 1928 was as follows:

*From 25th April, 1928. The amount shown for this year includes £3,618,000 in respect of Excise duty on stocks on that date.

The estimate for the current financial year is £34,200,000.
