§ Mr. PYBUSSub-section (2) of Section 36 of the Road Traffic Act, 1930, enables hospitals in certain circumstances to recover from insurance companies expenses incurred in treating motor accident cases. I regret that I cannot see my way to introduce further legislation on the subject.
