Mr. HUTCHISONasked the Minister of Labour whether, in view of the divergence of policy of the different public assistance committees in respect of the payment of transitional benefit, he will compile a memorandum of the procedure adopted by the different authorities of the country and circulate it to all public assistance committees for their guidance?
