asked the Minister of Agriculture whether the Consumers' Committee, the Agricultural Marketing Facilities Committee, or the Agricultural Marketing Reorganisation Commission have yet been appointed under the Agricultural Marketing Act, 1930; and, if so, what are the names, qualifications, and salaries of the members?
