HOAREThe reports were published in India on 5th September, accompanied by resolutions of the Government of India in which the recommendations of the Board and the decision of the Government were stated as concisely as possible. I will send the hon. and gallant Member a copy of these resolutions, to which effect has been given substantially by legislation.
