§ Mr. ROBINSONasked the Minister of Health whether, in view of the importance in connection with infant welfare of preserving food from infection, he will consider making it a condition of the grant of any future subsidy to the construction of blocks of working-class tenements that apparatus for the refrigeration of food be installed?
Sir H. YOUNGI have no authority to impose such a condition, and I am inclined to doubt whether it would be either justifiable or practicable.
