§ Mr. HORE-BELISHAI have been asked to reply. Substantial progress has been made towards the completion of the affairs of the Clearing Office, and the position is kept under constant review. The work remaining to be done is of an intricate legal and accounting nature, and it is not yet possible to state when it will be completed.
