§ Sir J. GILMOURI do not appear to have received the resolution referred to by the hon. Member. I have no power to initiate action on the lines indicated, but it is open to the interests concerned to make an application to the Ministry for an Order in Council under the Merchandise Marks Act, 1926, requiring the marking of imported potatoes with an indication of origin.
