Friend a copy of a statement submitted to the Royal Commission on Unemployment Insurance which gives the information for which he asks for the years 1925–6, 1927–8, 1928–9 and 1929–30. The figures for other years cannot be furnished without considerable labour, and for several of the years comparable data are not available.
