§ Mr. GREENWOODI have under consideration an application from the London County Council for approval of a preliminary statement of proposals for development in connection with this scheme. The numerous and important interests, including the Crown, affected, have involved long negotiations for the settlement of the proposals. I am not yet in a position to give a decision, but I will decide the matter as expeditiously as possible.
