Mr. ALEXANDERThe 25 commissioned writers, commissioned supply officers and commissioned instructors in cookery are included on page 35 of the Navy Estimates for 1931 under the heading of "Commissioned Officers, Accountant Officers" and the 81 warrant officers of these branches under the heading of "Warrant Officers, Accountant Officers," none being included under "Subordinate Officers, Accountant Officers." It is not considered necessary or desirable to alter this arrangement.
