§ Mr. GREENWOODThe matter to which my hon. Friend refers was not the subject of complaints to my Department, but I understand that an investigation was conducted on behalf of the County Mental Hospital Committee, and that as a result arrangements were made to obviate a recurrence of certain irregularities which had occurred.
