§ Mr. GREENWOODThe answer to the first part of the question is six. Vaccination was mentioned on the death certificates of all these persons, and their ages were 5 months, 3 years, 4 years, 10 years, 19 years, and 71 years. I have no information in regard to the second part of the question.
