§ Dr. PETERSasked the Minister of Agriculture whether he is now in n position to make a statement upon his consultations with the representatives of the National Association of British and Irish 1681W Millers with regard to what is known as the quota, system of home-grown wheat; And whether he will consider, as a temporary measure, the initiation of such a system to secure to arable farmers a market for their produce and save them from bankruptcy?
