Mr. A. HENDERSONThe only petition addressed to the League of Nations896W by a Latvian minority, regarding which His Majesty's Government have received notification, was presented in April, 1925, by representatives of the expropriated German landowners in Latvia. The Committee of three members of the Council, to whom the petition was referred for examination, decided not to bring it before the Council.
