SMITHThe Bill which had the purpose of revising the United States Copyright Law so as to remove the provisions inconsistent with the International Copyright Convention of 1928, failed to pass the Senate before the close of the last Session of Congress. I understand, however, that it is probable that a similar Bill will be introduced when the first Session of the Seventy-second Congress meets in December.
