Mr. ALEXANDERIf, as I assume to be the case, my hon. Friend is referring to the question of the conditions under which consolidated allowances payable to overseeing staffs and gun-mounting examiners may be reckoned for pension purposes, memoranda setting out the proposals of the Admiralty have recently been sent to the representatives of the staff concerned.
