§ Mr. LANSBURYPortions of the Palace of Westminster are to be flood lighted temporarily in September in connection with the meeting of the International Illumination Congress. I do not consider it to be part of the duties of my Department to bear the cost of installing and maintaining flood lighting systems, such as the hon. and gallant Member suggests.
