§ Mr. HERBERT MORRISONI assume that my hon. Friend refers to Charlton Road (Route B.210). My attention had not previously been called to the state of the section of the road referred to, but I have ascertained that a new water main has been recently laid under this road, as a result of which there has been a certain amount of subsidence. The council have patched the road temporarily and propose to lay a concrete surface when conditions are suitable.
