§ Mr. HERBERT MORRISONI am informed that some discussion took place at the traffic commissioners' public sitting at Durham on 16th July as to rates of wages, but that no suggestion was made then or at any time to the Deerness Omnibus Company that in future they would have to employ trade union labour only.
