§ Mr. BENNI assume my hon. Friend's question refers to the Peninsular and Oriental Steam Navigation Company. A subsidy is paid to that company by the British Government on account of1704W the Eastern Mail Service, towards which the Government of India contribute approximately £22,000 a year.
