The Unemployment Insurance (No. 3) Bill has been introduced with the object of dealing with certain anomalies in the operation of the Unemployment Insurance Acts to which attention has been called in (i). With regard to (ii), I would refer my hon. Friend to the statement of the Secretary of State for India on the 9th instant.
