§ Mr. ATTLEEIn the cases to which I understand the hon. Member refers, the coins were sent by the insured letter post; and as the inclusion of articles other than bank notes or documents of value in such letters is prohibited under the International Regulations, the letters were correctly returned to the country of origin.
