§ Mr. HERBERT MORRISONThe Public Service Vehicles (Equipment and Use) Provisional Regulations, 1931, provide that the fire extinguishing apparatus that must be carried on public service vehicles shall comply with the requirements of the Fire Offices Committee. These requirements are contained in a specification of which I am sending the hon. Member a copy.
