§ Mr. MILLSasked the Minister of Health of he has received any report from the Kent County Council as to their housing proposals for urban and rural areas where they exercise the powers under the latest Housing Act on behalf of such areas?
§ Miss LAWRENCEThe Housing Act, 1930, does not require the county council to submit a report of the kind which my hon. Friend has in mind. My right hon. Friend understands that the Kent County Council have not yet completed their examination of the housing conditions in the rural districts of the county, which is being undertaken in accordance with Section 32 of the Act.
