§ Mr. CLYNESAccording to my latest information, Lord Byng will have to remain abroad for reasons of health until the early spring, but he is not out of touch with Scotland Yard, and under his general guidance I am confident that the work will be carried on with full efficiency by the senior officers of the Force.
