OMANasked the Secretary of State for India whether he is aware that Reuter's and other telegrams, describing the assaults and insults suffered by British officers and officials at the opening of the new wharf at Karachi by the Governor of Bombay on 15th November last, were censored and mutilated; and, if so, by whom and where this was done?
