SMITHDuring the month of January, 1931, the declared value of the total imports of merchandise into the United Kingdom, registered as consigned from the Soviet Union (Russia) was £2,261,892. During the same period the exports of United Kingdom goods consigned to the Soviet Union amounted to £579,282, and exports of imported merchandise to £206,954.
