Mr. W. ADAMSONInformation received by the Department of Health for Scotland shows that practically all the local authorities in Lanarkshire are taking steps to provide houses with assistance under the Housing (Scotland) Act, 1930, and that they are familiar with the provisions of the Act. But if the local authorities express a desire to have a conference for the purpose of a further explanation of the Act, the Under-Secretary of State will be pleased to attend.
