§ Mr. GREENWOODI am aware of the unsatisfactory condition of the water supply in this area. A joint scheme for a new supply is proposed by four neighbouring councils, including Holbeach, 1473W and a Provisional Order for constituting the joint authority is about to be made and will be submitted to Parliament.
