§ Mr. G. H. HALLOnly one case of spotted fever has occurred at Eastney Barracks. The following steps have been taken to prevent spread of the disease: 1. No outside residents are permitted to attend any Divisional entertainment. 2. The Divisional Church will be closed except to persons residing within the confines of Eastney Barracks. 3. No football, hockey or shooting matches will take place either at home or away.
