§ Mr. AMMONNigg Pier was not sold, but the Admiralty transferred their interests and obligations by disposition, dated 30th December, 1926, which whilst placing on the disponee the obligation to keep in repair so long as it was in existence, gave him the right to demolish it whenever he saw fit.
