§ Dr. SHIELSI presume that the Noble Lord has in mind the proposal which is now under consideration of sending a mission to Hong Kong to inquire into and advise upon the question of Hong Kong currency. I am not at present in a position to make any statement as to what the composition of such a mission would be.
