asked the First Lord of the Admiralty what proportions, respectively, of the established, unestablished whole-time, and unestablished part-time staffs of the Admiralty Department belong to the shipbuilding, engineering, and allied industries?

The proportions respectively of the established, unestablished whole-time and unestablished part time staffs of the Admiralty Department which may be regarded as belonging to the shipbuilding, engineering and allied industries, are approximately as follow:
