Friend has already explained in answer to similar requests for postmark advertisements of other British industries, the circumstances appertaining to the advertisement of the cotton section of the British Industries Fair do not apply in the case in point, and I, therefore, regret that my hon. Friend is unable to grant the hon. Member's request.
