§ Mr. SHAWAll contracts for blankets are placed with manufacturers in the United Kingdom. There are at present no Welsh manufacturers on the War Department list of contractors for blankets, but it is open to any manufacturers in Wales who can make the type of blanket required to apply to be placed on the list. Firms on the list receive forms of tender whenever supplies are required.
