HC Deb 10 December 1931 vol 260 c2070W
Mr. GRIMSTON

asked the Financial Secretary to the War Office if the camp at Warminster is to be established on a permanent basis; and, if so, whether local advice has been taken as to the suitability of a site?

Mr. COOPER

The site is on War Department land, and was selected with local advice. It will be used for training during the summer months when required, but some alteration is contemplated in the lay-out of the camp, and local investigation is now proceeding.
