asked the Secretary of State for Scotland whether he intends taking any action in connection with the danger to health and life of the tenants at Clyde Ironworks rows, Tollcross, Lanarkshire, due to the cutting off of the water supply and lighting, and the defective state of drainage; and whether this property is now condemned?
