Mr. KIRKWOOD

asked the Prime Minister whether he will consider the desirability of referring the administration of justice in the Chancery Division of the High Court of Justice to a committee drawn from both Houses of Parliament, which shall have full powers of taking evidence and calling for documents for inquiry and report?

The PRIME MINISTER

I am unaware of any reason for an inquiry into the administration of justice in the Chancery Division, but if the hon. Member will supply me with the information on which

adequately presented within the limits to the answer to a question. With regard to the last part, I refer the hon. Member to the answer I gave to the last question.
