§ Mr. PYBUSThe present stage of this important scientific and technical investigation is on the verge of completion, and it would be wasteful not to formulate such conclusions as can be drawn from the data accumulated at considerable cost. No decision regarding the publication of this report or the future of this inquiry will, however, be taken until the report has been received.
