§ Captain FRASERasked the Financial Secretary to the Treasury if consideration has been given to the position of British military, naval, and Air Force officers and other ranks and civil servants who are serving in the Dominions or foreign countries whose incomes are adversely affected by the drop in the value of sterling and in some cases also by the fact that they have to pay increased British taxation; and, if so, can he make a statement as to what steps he intends to take to improve their position?
