§ Mr. PYBUSWith regard to the emission of sulphur fumes, I would refer my hon. Friend to the Second Report of the Committee presided over by the Government chemist which was laid before Parliament in November, 1930. The Electricity Commissioners inform me that good progress has been made by the committee to which he refers, but that they are not yet in a position to say when it will be able to present its report.
