§ Mr. ISAAC FOOTThe effect of the Coal Mines Act, 1930, upon industry and 955W upon the export trade is a matter on which I find that opinion is much divided, and, as I informed the hon. Member for Macclesfield (Mr. Remer) on 19th November, I am not yet in a position to make any statement.
