§ Mr. G. H. HALLAll lieutenant-commanders and lieutenants (ex-mate) are eligible to volunteer for specialist courses. Two lieutenants (ex-mate) are specialising in P and RT. No officers (ex-mate) are undergoing any of the other specialist courses mentioned.
