§ Mr. MONTAGUEI am aware that some of the flights have not maintained their schedule time. This has, I understand, been due to unexpected technical troubles, from which no pioneer service can be exempt. Further, the company has been seriously handicapped through delays, for which they are in no way responsible, in the delivery of additional aircraft, but from inquiries which I have made I understand that these temporary difficulties will shortly be overcome.
