§ Mr. CLYNESThe prison to which my hon. Friend refers is that at St. Albans. The four bodies there exhumed630W by the local authority were buried on 29th November, 1880, 19th July, 1899, 21st December, 1911, and 23rd December, 1914. The Medical Officer of Health of St. Albans reported that "the condition of the remains was such as to indicate that the method of interring had been satisfactory." The answer to the last part of the question is in the affirmative.
