§ Mr. MALONEasked the Secretary of State for Foreign Affairs whether he has received any information concerning the evidence included in a petition by Mr. Ochmann to the League of Nations; what was the nature of that evidence; and whether it will be used in any further examination of the petition?
§ Mr. DALTONMr. Ochmann, in July last, received from the Polish Government permission to resume his legal functions, the refusal of which was the cause of his petition. In view of this settlement of the question raised in the petition, there was no necessity for the Council of the League of Nations to consider further the points to which my hon. Friend refers.
