§ Mr. W. R. SMITHThe Forestry Commissioners are aware of the work of the Midland Re-afforesting Association, which was mainly with a view to improve the amenities of the Black Country. The Association has been wound up. It is 1515W not proposed to extend afforestation operations to this district which is unsnitable for the purpose.
