§ Mr. MONTAGUEIn the great majority of cases foreign officers come for instruction with the Royal Air Force because of the special facilities available in this country, and for that reason the question of reciprocal action does not in practice arise. In any event foreign officers are normally charged a substantial fee in respect of their training.
