§ Mr. LEES-SMITHThe estimates of the value of postage stamps used for Inland Revenue purposes are reasonably accurate, and as a reversion to the use of special receipt stamps would cause great inconvenience to the public, I regret that I am unable to adopt the hon. Member's suggestion.
